Senior Finance Analyst | Manufacturing/TIC | Central London (Hybrid)


Simpson Judge has partnered with a PE-backed leader in the TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification) sector, who provide materials testing and certification to their blue-chip clients in various industries.


As a vital part of the Business Partnering team, this role will work closely with each function’s Executive Vice President, and collaborate closely with the Vice Presidents, senior leaders and other stakeholders to understand their financial needs.

Responsibilities


  • Business Partnering with each Corporate Function, working with senior stakeholders to help drive strategic decision making
  • Support budgeting and forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Working cross-functionally with non-finance teams across the business such as Technology, Project management, People/HR and others.
  • Tracking KPIs and financial metrics for projects and initiatives across the business
  • Ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modelling around strategic projects, investment decisions and resource allocation


Requirements


  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified (0-2 years PQE)
  • Strong track record within Commercial Finance / Business Partnering
  • Previous usage of ERP systems such as Anaplan, Board, Oracle Hyperion, IBM Planning Analytics etc / BI Tools
  • Multi-national / Private Equity experience (Desirable)
