Private Client NQ Solicitor - Exciting Opportunity with a Surrey-Based Firm
 A leading law firm in Surrey is seeking a full-time Private Client NQ Solicitor to join their friendly and professional team at their Dorking office.

The Role:
 The successful candidate will work on a diverse and rewarding caseload, advising clients on matters such as:

  • Drafting bespoke Wills.
  • Assisting with estate administration and estate planning.
  • Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Advising on trust creation, management, and administration.
  • Supporting clients with Court of Protection applications, including deputyships.

This role offers the opportunity to deliver clear, empathetic, and tailored advice to clients while building long-term professional relationships.

The Ideal Candidate:
 The firm is looking for a dynamic and compassionate individual who:

  • Has recently qualified or is about to qualify as a solicitor with a passion for private client work.
  • Demonstrates expertise and enthusiasm for handling a range of private client matters.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from all walks of life.
  • Understands the vulnerabilities of clients, especially during challenging or distressing times, and approaches matters with sensitivity and care.
