About the role

Working in partnership with our clients, we're looking for a Senior Account Executive with some creative agency experience to help support the Client Services team get big brand and campaign briefs over the line. 

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of client accounts within the agency. They need to develop effective working relationships with client contacts, and all the key functions that go into creating the agency's advertising output, including with the media agencies who are supplying media schedules. They will get involved with solving problems, attending meetings, drafting internal and external communications, and documenting progress on a variety of agency projects. 

What you'll be doing 

·       Building good working relationships with client and agency contacts at all levels. 

·       Managing the day-to-day administration of the client accounts, including financial tracking, timing plans, estimates and client contact notes. 

·       Attending client briefings and develop briefs that excite and inspire the internal teams, bringing in brand and business insights to support trigger bigger thinking

·       Preparing materials for presenting and selling creative work. 

·       Supporting the development of creative work by documenting client feedback and attending creative review meetings. 

·       Monitoring project deadlines and budgets, identifying and communicating potential changes that may be required. 

·       Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions

·       Be across all the detail day-to-day and ensuring quality control of everything going through, and leaving, the agency.

·       Organising a variety of meetings, including room bookings, catering, technology, transport and personnel required. 

·       Support the Senior Management team with boosting team morale, contributing to company culture and improving ways of working, processes and collaboration.

·       Support new business function where required and involvement in pitch presentations.

Skills we're looking for

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Interested in advertising, business and communications. 

·       Organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills. 

·       Able to manage multiple projects, budgets and events. 

·       Curious about the clients' business and sector. 

·       'Assume' nothing. 

·       Keen to get involved with new and organic business opportunities.

·       A strong team player; proactive in approach with a strong work ethic.

·       Strong project management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritise, problem-solve and plan.

·       Excellent attention to detail.

·       At least 1-2 years of creative agency experience.

·       Experience supporting with the delivery of integrated campaigns, from big ATL concepts (including TV) through to social and digital campaign executions.

We have adopted a hybrid working model, meaning you can choose to work where you are most productive. For this role, we would like 80% presence in the office.

The Senior Account Executive will report into our Account Director, whilst supporting generally across the Client Services team.
