Elastic Consultant

We are hiring for Elastic Consultant (Elastic Search / Elastic Stack / ELK)

Location – Cheltenham, Birmingham, London

JOB SPECIFICATION:

As an Elastic Consultant/SME [within Elastic Stack product suite] you will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to our sales team, customers and serve as a lead for technical conversations with our team. You will understand and solve our customer’s business issues with the Elastic Stack, engage the regional Elastic community through events and programs, and enable sales.

What You Bring Along:

• Accredited and certified in Elastic product suit
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years of consulting experience with Elastic stack and a solid understanding of the Elastic technology
• Elastic certification will be required along with the Elastic Consulting validation process (e.g., the ability to test knowledge of use cases and overall consulting).
• Excellent knowledge of how Elastic stack product suite and the aligned architecture scales, upgrades, manages indices over time, etc.

What You Will Be Doing:

• The delivery of Elastic Consulting Packages.
• Custom Scoping engagements directly to our customers.
• Serving as the technical POC and Solutions product specialist for your accounts and account managers in your assigned territory.
• Developing a deep understanding of customers’ goals and objectives, and articulating how our offerings address their needs.
• Actively participating in all phases of planning, design and execution of projects , ranging from initial discovery to design patterns & hands-on implementation.
• Creating collateral, contributing to programs and collaborating with other Elasticians to meet individual client needs.
• Being the voice of the customer and community to communicate needs, gaps, case studies at events such as meetups and conferences.
