The role of Head of Deployment is to lead the strategic planning and execution of our global deployment initiatives.


In this critical role, you will oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring that we continue to provide world-class solutions to our international clients. Key Responsibilities

● Deployment and Delivery: Lead and manage the deployment and delivery for global digital building projects, ensuring alignment with FPC Global’s objectives and client expectations.

● Delivery of Solutions: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of solutions across multiple regions, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

● Deployment Strategies: Develop and implement scalable deployment strategies that maximise efficiency and minimise risk across diverse geographical markets.

● Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, and client services,to ensure seamless project execution and alignment.

● Lead and Mentor: Lead and mentor a high-performing deployment team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

● Stakeholder Management: Act as a senior point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.

● Improvement of Processes and Solutions: Ensure the integration of customer feedback into future deployments to improve processes and solutions.

● Business Development: Identify potential opportunities for the FPC deployment business line,

communicate them to FPC management and, where required, support the business development activity for them

● Industry Expertise: Maintain expertise, knowledge and understanding of industry trends, developments and initiatives


● FPC Responsibilities:

○ Represent FPC in a professional manner internally and externally, and achieve a high level of

customer satisfaction for all work performed

○ Be an effective team member, communicating with colleagues and working collectively to

contribute to the development of the FPC Global business

○ Identify, develop, deliver and support opportunities for continuous improvement for FPC

○ Act in accordance with requests and direction from the FPC Senior Leadership Team

○ Manage own workload, communicating and escalating any issues accordingly

○ Act in accordance with all FPC employment policies and procedures

○ Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by the FPC Senior Leadership Team



Experience and Qualifications


● Extensive experience digital building technologies, i.e. Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS), Lighting Control Systems (LCS), Audio & Visual Systems (AV Systems), IoT Systems incl. occupancy monitoring, air quality, BLE tracking etc

● Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex deployments with multi-disciplinary teams across various regions.

● Comprehensive knowledge of Program/Project Management Methodologies, with the ability to tailor and pivot approaches based on project needs.

● Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire multi-disciplinary teams across multiple time zones and cultures.

● Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience managing stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.

● Experience working with deployment tools and platforms, as well as an understanding of both technical and operational deployment requirements.
