I am looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join a leading Salesforce business in the UK, specialising in the retail industry. In this role, you will be leading both the design and implementation of mulitcloud Salesforce solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to gather and understand their business requirements and challenges.
  • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet client needs and industry best practices.
  • Implementation: Leading the configuration and customisation of Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet client expectations and business needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of client requirements, solutions designs, and implementation processes.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce consulting environment
  • Excellent communication skills with proven experience dealing with stakeholders
  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration, and experience with flows, objects, and fields.
  • Salesforce certifications are ideal
  • Experience working across core clouds with multi-cloud implementations
