Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

  • Monday – Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Friday: 8 AM – 2 PM (early finish)

The Role

As a Quality Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with AS9100 REV:D standards, supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations, and working closely with customers to address quality-related issues. Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS)

Leading internal and external audits

Managing SCAR responses and corrective actions

Overseeing First Article Inspection Reports (FAIs)

Supporting failure trend analysis and continuous improvement projects

Collaborating with production, inspection, and engineering teams

Providing mentoring, training, and quality toolbox talks

What We're Looking For

Experience in a Manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of AS9100 QMS standards & FAIs

Customer-facing experience in quality management

Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities
