Role Overview

As a Transactional M&A Associate, you will play a key role in delivering practical and commercial advice on mid-market and high-value deals across various sectors, with a focus on cross-border transactions in emerging markets. You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise while working alongside a team of experienced professionals with deep sector knowledge.


Responsibilities

  • Advise on a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, and ECM
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Contribute to the firm's business development initiatives
  • Coach and mentor junior team members


Requirements

  • 2-4 PQE in corporate transactional work
  • Excellent drafting, negotiating, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to contribute to and participate in client pitches
  • Solid financial, commercial, and business awareness
  • UK experience is desired
