We are working with a fantastic client who are a Leading Global Brand Activation Agency, they work with most of the biggest named brands in the world.
A new role has come on due to growth of an account, the account is a sports fashion brand and are one of the leading names in there industry
We are looking for someone who has a great understanding of Retail Activation Campaigns and the Customer Journey throughout. Starting at the Window Displays, the In-Store Physical Environment and beyond. You will have space awareness, want to push creative boundaries and deliver consumer first designs throughout the full retail consumer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with all levels of 3D and Creative Designers.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed.
- Take part in creative ideation sessions.
- Creative check in's on job progression.
- Sketching and scamping capabilities prior to 3D building
- Creative referencing with a wide range and understanding of different 3D build in-store materials
- Creative presentation deck creation skills with specific 3D build annotations
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good knowledge of 3D design applications (3DS Max/Blender etc).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of the business requirements.
- Self-starter and effective problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to communicate conceptual ideas and openness to feedback and collaboration.
- Experience in retail campaign design in both 3D concept and 2D creative.
