An award winning client of ours is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team in Chichester.
This is a hybrid work and an average week would look like working 2 days on site, 2 days in the office and 1 day working from home - this would vary week on week.
Core Duties and Responsibilities Required of the Senior Building Surveyor:
- Working with Autocad/Revit systems to develop existing and proposed plans and sketch schemes for perusal, agreement and discussions with clients.
- Undertake measured surveys where required
- Preparation of Tender and Contract documentation
- Project manage with an ability to produce detailed project programmes and manage a multi disciplinary design team and various project stakeholders
- Management of projects via ACC or alternative CDE where appropriate
- Proactively engaging with changes in legislation, CPD and driving continued professional development in emerging sectors across the building surveying discipline
Personal Requirements of the Senior Building Surveyor:
- Assist in the development of staff, training, achieving and maintaining RICS qualifications
- Clean Driving License
- Enchanced DBS Cleared
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be paid up to £65,000 per annum.
