As a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in representing our client on MEP projects, delivering detailed designs, and overseeing the work of junior engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent our client on MEP projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Complete detailed electrical designs, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Electrical Engineer with a proven track record of success in MEP projects.
  • Proven experience working for an Engineering Consultancy Firm on varied Building Services Projects.
  • If you have experience in Mission Critical facilities, e.g. Data Centres, that would be great, but not essential.
  • CIBSE, IET, or IMechE Engineering Council accredited honours degree or HNC
  • Working towards IEng or CEng status.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in digital and parametric design tools.
