I'm exclusively recruiting an experienced Technical Business Analyst for an ambitious and growing organisation within the crypto space. Reporting into the Head of Engineering, you will play a crucial role in becoming the bridge between technical and non-technical teams.


In this dynamic role, a strong grasp of the product, collaboration, adept communication abilities, and solid technical knowledge are crucial for success. Emphasising the significance of teamwork, communication, and a well-established documentation culture, this position is key within the global engineering team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
  • Work with development, QA, release management, and other teams to ensure alignment during refinement sessions.
  • Develop an understanding in platform architecture to analyse requests independently.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Establish impact assessment templates for new initiatives and support technical debt management.
  • Create operationalisation guides for new features and ensure accounting/reporting aspects are covered.
  • Maintain API documentation integrity across releases and propose bug remediation solutions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and management reports.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding documentation for new team members


Experience Required

  • Experience working with blockchain technologies
  • Needs a good understanding of coding either as a professional or as a interest
  • Experience working within financial services
  • Take responsibility for writing high quality documentation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organised


Permanent
