Ecommerce Merchandiser

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Ecommerce Merchandiser to join a fast-growing team. You will report to the Head of Ecommerce and collaborate closely with various teams, including UX, Data, Partnerships, and Marketing.

About the Role - Key responsibilities include:

• Building optimized landing pages and crafting seamless online journeys using ecommerce tools.
• Managing a merchandising calendar and coordinating activities.
• Developing and executing strategies to drive KPIs and enhance customer value.
• Leading merchandising plans for new product launches, seasonal events, and promotions.
• Working alongside teams to test and improve campaigns for higher conversions.
• Analyzing product and category performance to recommend improvements.
• Collaborating with SEO specialists to create customer-focused categories.
• Partnering with technology and product teams to enhance website features.

Qualifications - The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ecommerce or digital teams, with experience in merchandising for high-traffic websites. Gifting, travel, or leisure sector is an advantage.

Required Skills - Strong analytical skills and experience with data insights (e.g., Google Analytics) as well as a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
