Hours: 12 hours Mon-Thur, tailored to your schedule. 8 hours between Friday evening and Sunday afternoon. Hours are non negotiable for weekend cover. You must be able to work at least 8 hours each weekend.

We are dedicated to empowering artists by providing them with the tools and opportunities to thrive in the live music industry. Our mission is to create a vibrant and supportive community where artists can grow, network, and showcase their talents to a wider audience. As a member of the GigPig team, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting movement, helping to shape the future of live music.
As the Artist Liaison Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for all artists using the GigPig platform and mobile app. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between artists and venues, problem solving, and supporting artists in their journey on our platform and booking gigs.
- Artist Support:
- Manage and close all artist queries via our chatbot, including troubleshooting login issues, updating user access, and supporting with profile improvements.
- Supporting artists with bookings, and if they need to cancel gigs relaying this to the venue and supporting with finding cover if needed
- Collaborate with the Artist Sourcing Team to maintain a list of favourite artists and facilitate ongoing communication.
- Payment and Technical Issue Management:
- Supporting artists with payment queries
- Log and track technical issues and communicate with the development team regarding bugs and other tech issues.
- Weekend Coverage:
- Provide weekend support by engaging with artists, closing queries, supporting with cancellations and general admin tasks
- Artist-Venue Coordination:
- Share potential artists with venues
- Assist in finding last-minute cover for artist cancellations.
- Community Engagement:
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team on email and app push notification campaigns to engage the artist community
- Responding to messages on our social media platforms
- Community Representation:
- Act as the ‘face’ of the artist community, ensuring all queries are handled promptly and representing the interests of artists across the platform.
- Artist Engagement:
- Track and improve engagement levels from artists on the platform.
- Answering all queries effectively and efficiently
- Inbox Management:
- Maintain a clear email inbox, forwarding any venue-related communications to the appropriate Customer Support Manager.
- Cancellations and No-Shows:
- Ensure all cancellations and no-shows are promptly managed and filled with appropriate cover.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Artist Management, Customer Support, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, especially during weekends.
- Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and issue tracking tools is a plus.
