Experience in finance or FinTech is essential.


🔹 Position: Head of Partnerships

🔹 Salary: Up to £60k

🔹 Work Model: Hybrid (1 day a week in London office)

🔹 Industry: FinTech


About Our Client: Our client is a global leader in FinTech news, connecting over 800,000 banking, payments, and fintech professionals each month. They support innovation in financial services by informing and engaging their vast community through webinars, roundtables, and conferences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and nurture relationships with the business community.
  • Drive engagement across events and client services teams.
  • Gather industry insights to keep pace with financial services trends.
  • Source and collaborate with speakers and industry experts for events.
  • Engage key accounts for sponsorship opportunities.
  • Work with the sales team to create compelling sponsorship packages.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in publishing or international events and conferences, preferably in Account Management or partnerships.
  • Proven track record in marketing and corporate communications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working in a multicultural and international environment.
  • Ability to leverage an international network of contacts for commercial purposes.
  • Demonstrable expertise in budgeting and managing projects to tight deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to engage with technical and internal resources.
  • Highly effective organizational skills to juggle multiple projects.
  • Experience and knowledge of the FinTech industry (desirable but not essential).
