IT Engineer - Automated Warehousing & Intralogistics (Turnkey Solutions)


We are looking for a passionate IT Engineer to join a growing team of our major client.


We offer turnkey solutions in automated warehousing and intralogistics, helping businesses in the industrial, manufacturing, and logistics sectors optimise their operations.


In this role, you will:


  • Play a key role in supporting our client's IT systems for their Warehouse Controls and Computing Infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software related to automated solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for our client's systems.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth system integration and operation.
  • Proactively identify and resolve IT issues related to our automated systems.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in warehouse automation technologies.


You are a perfect fit if you have:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP protocols, and network troubleshooting techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently occasionally. Progressive responsibilities can lead this role to a Management position in the coming 3 years.
