We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our growing BIM team, working on exciting and diverse projects in the UK and internationally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small BIM team, with plans to expand the department in the near future.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of BIM for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the business, driving innovation and ensuring best practices in BIM.
  • Develop and maintain BIM models, manage project workflows, and provide strategic direction for BIM integration across the business.
  • Act as the key point of contact for BIM-related issues, ensuring compliance with UK industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and leadership to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive BIM experience, with a focus on MEP systems, ideally within a large consultancy environment.
  • A strong track record of project delivery in the UK, with a deep understanding of UK standards and regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
