Objective: To efficiently operate and maintain extrusion blow moulding machines and equipment at Nexus Packaging Ltd's new operation, ensuring the continuous and effective production of high-quality plastic bottles while adhering to safety and quality standards.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

 

1.   Machine Operation:

§ Operate extrusion blow moulding machines and auxiliary equipment according to standard operating procedures.

§ Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency during production runs.

 

2.   Quality Control:

§ Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

§ Identify and report any product defects or inconsistencies to supervisors and take corrective action as directed.

 

3.   Routine Maintenance:
