What You'll Do:

  • Craft and execute a visionary digital and MarTech strategy that aligns perfectly with ambitious business goals

  • Dive deep into code when needed, showcasing your technical skills and earning the respect of your team
  • Build bridges between tech and business, translating complex concepts into language that resonates with all stakeholders

  • Stay ahead of the curve, identifying emerging technologies that could give the business a competitive edge


Who You Are:

  • A tech leader with a proven track record, possibly as a Head of Technology or Staff Software Engineer
  • An expert in front-end, back-end, and mobile development (think Node, React, Kotlin, and Swift)
  • A cloud computing guru with a deep understanding of microservices and CI/CD pipelines
  • A strategic thinker who can seamlessly align technology initiatives with business objectives
  • A natural communicator, equally comfortable discussing code with developers or strategy with C-suite executives
  • An innovator with experience in the hospitality retail sector (bonus points for franchise model expertise)
