We're now seeking a dynamic and driven sales professional to spearhead and fuel the growth of our X3CloudDocs solution, which streamlines document management within SageX3 by providing secure, cloud-based storage and automated workflows. In this pivotal 360-degree role, you'll not only close deals but also build and manage strategic channel partnerships, directly impacting our expansion. Key Areas of Activity

  • Drive new business – identify, nurture, and convert leads into valued customers through impactful proposals, demos, and strategic sales management.
  • Own the whole sales cycle – manage deals from first contact to close, negotiating contracts and ensuring seamless handovers for implementation.
  • Develop strong relationships – engage with prospects, customers, and partners to build lasting relationships and uncover cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of the market – research industry trends, monitor competitors, and provide feedback to enhance our product roadmap.
  • Partner engagement – expand our partner network, co-sell with existing partners, and support their success through education, training, and collaboration.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Proven B2B SaaS sales experience – ideally in cloud-based financial or document management software, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Proven track record of success – demonstratable ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building – skilled in engaging stakeholders, including C-suite executives, with tact, diplomacy, and influence.
  • Persuasive and strategic sales approach – proficient in negotiation, active listening, and high-yield questioning techniques (RAIN, SPIN, Fair Square).
  • Solution-Orientated and commercially savvy – adept at problem-solving, handling objections, and creating compelling proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and tenders.
