A high-end 100 cover restaurant in Central London is seeking a talented Head Pastry Chef to join their esteemed culinary team.

Creating classic French desserts while ensuring the Pastry function operates seamlessly, we’re looking for a talented Head Chef or Pastry Sous Chef ready for progression, who has experience in similar roles, ideally with time within high-end restaurants.

Your portfolio should boast a collection of unique and visually captivating desserts.

As a leader, you should possess the ability to motivate and mentor a small pastry team. Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential for this role.
