Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Environmental, Health and Safety operations?

We are seeking a Division EHS Manager to lead and enhance our environmental, health, and safety programs, ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety. You will be driving safety initiatives, building relationships and managing comprehensive environmental, health and safety programs and policies.


Key Responsibilities of the EHS Manager:


  • Provide coaching and legal guidance on Safety to leaders and team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure the Division meets Corporate and Regulatory Compliance objectives.
  • Design and facilitate safety initiatives, programmes and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and raise awareness of EHS in other functions.
  • Actively promote Safety Culture and Environmental awareness.
  • Lead and develop the Safety Team.


Expected Qualifications, experience, and skills of the EHS Manager:


Education:

  • University degree in a relevant field (I.E engineering)
  • EHS certification (NEBOSH or equivalent).

Experience:

  • Strong practical knowledge of regulatory safety and environmental compliance.
  • Significant EHS Manager / management experience in industrial work environment.

Skills:

  • Proven track record of driving cultural change in complex organization.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of organization.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Business acumen.


Travel: Willingness to travel for business (approximately 25%).
