We offer a range of services including market research, brand development, recipe creation, supply chain optimisation, and more. Our mission is to drive innovation and excellence in the food industry, ensuring our clients thrive in a competitive market.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Manager to lead our content creation efforts across multiple platforms. This crucial role involves overseeing internal content needs, managing product photography and content production for our client base, and providing end-to-end creative services for clients. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in a creative agency setting, with extensive experience managing social media pipelines for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Production and Management:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that supports SEO initiatives and grows social media engagement.
- Manage the daily content needs for our website and social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand message.
- Coordinate and oversee the production of blogs, articles, and other media content, maintaining high standards of quality and coherence with our brand identity.
Visual Content and Product Photography:
- Lead the creation of high-quality content for new product developments and client projects.
- Organise and direct product photography shoots, ensuring all content meets client specifications and brand standards.
Social Media Management:
- Manage different social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Create content calendars for each client account using scheduling systems.
- Produce effective copy that is bespoke to each client, growing their brand voice and engagement.
Client-Oriented Creative Services:
- Provide comprehensive creative solutions to clients, including content production, social media management, and ongoing client liaison.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding creative projects, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Business Development & Marketing:
- Utilise expertise in content and social media to attract and retain clients, growing the studio's reputation and reach.
- Represent Good Food Studio in various public settings, including press interviews and industry events.
- Contribute to the studio’s marketing initiatives by producing and overseeing the creation of impactful content that drives brand awareness and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience managing social media and content for multiple clients within a creative agency environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in content creation, social media management, and product photography.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and content strategy.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in content marketing and social media.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and manage client relationships confidently.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE: At least 1 year experience in a creative agency managing multiple clients and their social media accounts.
- Advanced skills in digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems and social media analytics.
- A strong background in visual arts or graphic design is highly desirable.
- Previous experience with DSLR camera and on-location photography (Product photography preferred but not essential).
- Ability to travel as needed for client projects and studio assignments.
- This is an office-based role in Camberwell, SE5 0BH, with occasional travel to client sites and other locations as required.
