Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and significantly impact our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and processes.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions and document business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CE to align with business requirements.
  • Conduct functional testing and ensure solution quality.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Assist in project planning and provide input on best practices and solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and customization.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and best practices in CRM.
  • Expertise in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions for clients and stakeholders.
