A well-respected international law firm is seeking an AML & Conflicts Analyst to join their team in London. This role will play a critical role in the team and will offer unique insights into the firm as a whole.


This role would be perfectly suited to someone already working in a Junior Conflicts or Compliance role. You will process conflicts checks, assist with opening new client matters, manage client matter information and ensure compliance from a risk perspective.


Other roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive analysis on conflicts checks
  • Strong technical knowledge of the SRA Code of Conduct
  • Perform CDD checks
  • Review engagement letters
  • Ensure AML checks are completed
  • Liaise with lawyers and paralegals regarding new business intake processes
  • Maintain waivers and engagement letters and process all related correspondence
