IT Engineering Manager - SAAS Scale up

Here at MRJ we are currently working with a SAAS scale up based in the UK recruiting for an IT Engineering Manager. They are backed by some amazing investors and continuously recognised as best in class by their expanding technology partners.


With dual headquarters across UK, US and India they are looking for an IT Engineering Manager that can manage operations & management of the IT Engineering function. You will lead, manage and grow the IT Engineering team including strategy, technical implementation, policies & processes.


Role Info


Leadership

  • Manage the IT Engineering teams: IAM & Systems Engineering
  • Provide leadership and direction to the IT Engineering teams
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Identify and monitor key KPIs & SLAs
  • Collaborate with business and IT leadership


Technical

  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Management of Snowflake platform.
  • Tooling, integration management, and configuration management.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate and streamline infrastructure
  • Manage the IAM function
