Our client is searching for a Sustainability Consultant who is passionate about making a real impact by taking an honest approach to carbon consulting.


We are partnered with a boutique sustainability consultancy who put there people first. They have been supporting their clients in developing science-led recommendations for over 30 years. There unique culture is all about trust, flexibility and purpose. They are keen to invest in a carbon specialist to support them in their next step. This consultancy use science to deliver recommendations for their clients.


If you are feeling restricted in your current role, this is an opportunity for a passionate sustainability professional to learn other areas of sustainability by collaborating with colleagues to deliver on a broad range of projects.


Are you keen to utilise your technical carbon and circular economy skill set to drive towards a more sustainable environment?


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborating to deliver net zero and carbon-focused projects for clients.
  • Leading Carbon Accounting and LCA projects for organisations.
  • Provide training internally on the technical elements of carbon consulting.
  • Contribute to the growth of the organisations service offering.
  • Make honest, science-led recommendations on ways in which clients can reduce their carbon emissions.
  • Identify commercial opportunities for growth within client conversations.


The ideal candidate will have:


  • 2-5 years of experience in carbon-focused sustainability consulting.
  • A strong, technical understanding of Carbon Accounting (Scope 1, 2 &3), Circular Economy and Life Cycle Assessments.
  • A desire to create real, meaningful change whilst supported by a team of experts.


In addition to training/development opportunities, generous holiday allowances, flexible working patterns, private healthcare & salary sacrifice schemes, the salary associated to the role is up to £40,000.


This is a nearly-remote role (access to London will be necessary).
