Our client are an established and growing automotive focused business who partner some of the largest automotive brands in the world. Due to internal promotions, an opportunity has arisen for a Data Analyst to join their Sales and Supply Planning team based in Basildon on a permanent basis.

The Culture within the business is incredible and is described as being collaborative, supportive and inclusive. The leadership are hands on throughout the business and have a strong reputation within the sector.

The duties of the Data Analyst within Sales and Supply Planning will be to oversee the management of data reporting for all elements of sales, supply, demand and operational performance metrics. Reporting directly to the SP&A Manager you will utilize data sets from within the firms ERP system, exporting data into Excel which will then be manipulated into meaningful reports and insights for key stakeholders.

To be considered, applicants MUST have a background within a data analyst or another analytical focused position relating to supply chain, sales or planning. Advanced Excel skills are an essential requirement with MACROs being used frequently. Applicants will need to have the ability to present data through slide decks and have strong communication skills.

Experience within an automotive organisation would be highly advantageous but not essential.

The salary on offer is up to £38,500 per annum plus benefits which includes BUPA healthcare, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, 4% pension match, hybrid working arrangement (after 3 month onboarding period) and other company specific benefits which includes car schemes and insurances.
