Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer with a focus on power generators, particularly dewatering pumps and lighting towers. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide expert technical assistance to our customers, ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of their site based products. You will work closely with our sales, service, and engineering teams to deliver top-notch customer support and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for dewatering pumps, lighting towers, diesel generators to customers and service technicians.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to product performance, operation, and maintenance.
  • Offer remote and on-site technical support as needed.
Experience:
  • Proven background in mechanical electrical technical support or field service for Lighting towers, dewatering pumps, power generation systems, particularly diesel generators.
  • Strong background in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to diesel engines and power generation systems.
