What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on a variety of process and packaging machinery.
  • Diagnosing and repairing breakdowns to minimise downtime.
  • Working collaboratively within a team to maintain and improve plant performance.
  • Implementing and refining planned maintenance routines to enhance reliability.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, with knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

What You'll Need

  • Multi-skilled with a strong electrical bias.
  • ONC/HNC qualified or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
  • Solid mechanical knowledge, including experience with fitting, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
