DXB Perfume is a niche perfume retailer, specializing in exclusive Arabian perfumes for our collections. We are dedicated to sourcing the most desirable and unique scents for our customers.
Position Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager at DXB Perfume, you will take the lead in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for enhancing our online visibility, driving e-commerce sales, and managing online advertising campaigns to help us reach new heights in the fragrance market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Online Advertising: Manage online advertising campaigns (PPC, display, social ads) to drive website traffic and sales.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize the website and content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM).
- Content Marketing: Oversee content creation and distribution across various digital platforms, including the website, blog, and social media.
- Social Media Management: Lead social media marketing efforts to engage our audience and enhance our brand presence.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web development, design, and e-commerce, to ensure marketing objectives are met.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
You will be able to demonstrate your organisational skills and forward planning and attention to detail with the ability to project manage multi-channel marketing plans and achieve success through cross functional working both within the marketing team and across the wider business.
We would love for you to be able to show us your strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns and how they operate with experience as a Marketing Manager/Category Manager.
