Location: Leeds (City Centre)

Salary: £25K with an OTE of £50k

The Role:

  • An Executive Search Consultant operates as a 360-degree consultant, you will be tasked with managing the end-to-end recruitment process for business-critical positions from mid-management to board level
  • Headhunt candidates and maintain a network of high calibre contacts
  • Create and develop new business ventures via marketing
  • Originate, structure, and negotiate complex deals
  • Execute client talent acquisition strategies
  • Participate in presentations with internal stakeholders, external clients, and key industry figures
  • Develop market knowledge engaging internal and external stakeholders
  • Be part of a business which is truly global with a focus on the EU and in the US, so there is the option to work in whichever geography you choose
