They are looking for a personable and experienced International Partnerships Manager to join their team and help develop strong relationships with education agents and influence sales growth. This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days working from their offices in Oxford and 2 days working from home. In addition to this, our client offers 32 days holiday (incl. As International Partnerships Manager, you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director to build and develop partnerships with education agents across Europe, CIS and the Middle East. You will foster partnerships to generate student bookings. You have the chance to identify key markets for growth opportunities and build effective business development/partnerships strategies and deliver on the plans. As International Partnerships Manager, you will also organise global webinars, student recruitment fairs and overseas visits to schools and key partners, so excellent presentation skills with an ability to inspire students and partners is key


The ideal candidate will have a robust network of contacts with agencies and education consultancies for independent schools in these regions and proven experience in identifying and growing these relationships. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in the international school marketplace and leveraging relationships with education agents to drive student enrolment to our campuses in the UK and US.


This role offers lots of variety, so if you are an International Partnerships Manager with excellent relationship building skills, then this strategic yet hands-on role is certainly for you

  • Similar international partnerships experience within the education sector and with an existing network of contacts
  • Experience of working closely with international education agents
  • Strong relationship management skills
