What’s the role?

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll be leading the delivery of some of the most innovative data centre projects in the UK and Europe. These are high-value, mission-critical builds where no detail is too small, and no challenge is too big.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Driving projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Managing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Keeping budgets and timelines on track while delivering a product that exceeds client expectations.
  • Tackling risks head-on and finding solutions before they become problems.
  • Traveling occasionally to European sites (think Dublin, Frankfurt, or Milan).

You’ll be at the centre of the action, steering complex projects and ensuring every box is ticked—without losing sight of the bigger picture.

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 8 years of experience delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally data centres or other mission-critical builds.
  • A deep understanding of project management principles, from contracts to procurement.
  • The ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and keep clients happy
