A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a 5* housebuilder as a Graduate Digital Marketing Coordinator.


Our client is looking for someone who’s tech-savvy and creative, with a passion for all things marketing and technology join their vibrant and supportive team based in their head office near Brackley.


You will be based at head office and be earning a competitive salary of up to £30,000 basic plus bonus.


An ideal candidate would be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how digital activity can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. To be suitable for this role, you will already be experienced in digital marketing, (a background and demonstrable history in this role for a house builder, estate agent or a property marketing background is a bonus ). Associated industries will be considered.


Key responsibilities include contributing to and executing the digital marketing strategy across various social media channels, the website, and direct marketing channels. This involves creating and adapting content for each platform, monitoring social media to engage with and respond to posts and comments promptly, and identifying issues that require further attention.


The role also involves tracking, analysing, and reporting on the performance of individual activities and overall campaigns, while providing recommendations for future improvements.

The ideal candidate will be confident, enthusiastic, and committed to maintaining the high level of service associated with the company. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be capable of independent work, and effectively prioritise tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and optimise engaging content for all social media channels, the website, and direct marketing (email and SMS).
  • Enhance website content for SEO purposes.
  • Create digital content such as images, videos, infographics, and GIFs using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and video-editing software.
  • Analyze website content performance using Google Analytics.
  • Craft engaging marketing emails, utilising platforms like MailChimp or Spotler for sending, data segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Manage SMS marketing campaigns, including segmentation, tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Analyze the performance of all digital marketing efforts, providing clear reporting and actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee and maintain Google PPC campaigns.
  • Manage and update portal listings (e.g., Rightmove, Zoopla) and participate in monthly account manager meetings.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with GDPR and the Consumer Code.
  • Collaborate with the team and contribute to meetings.


key requirements:


  • Proven experience in a digital marketing capacity for 1 year minimum
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with B2C social media.
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • First-rate spelling, grammar and proof-reading ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field.
  • Full drivers license.
  • Valid right to work in the UK.
