As a highly regarded law firm, this company is passionate about providing their clients with the best possible legal advice and representation. With a strong track record of success in personal injury cases, they are committed to helping their clients get the compensation they deserve.


The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Scottish law and the personal injury process, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for advising clients on their legal rights and options following a personal injury, preparing and managing claims on behalf of clients, negotiating settlements with insurers, and representing clients in court.📃


🏠This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. The company is looking for a motivated and experienced Scottish Solicitor with 2+ years’ experience in personal injury law. They should have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a desire to make a real difference to the lives of their clients.


In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced and passionate lawyers.


Up to £60,00 salary and healthy Bonus Scheme 💹


If you have experience in Scottish Personal Injury law, inclusive of RTA, Credit Hire, EL and Clinical negligence, and a good understanding of credit/debt hire controls, this could be the perfect role for you. The company also uses Proclaim, so experience in this software is desirable.
