One Ten Associates are partnering with a growing multi-strategy fund that is looking to hire a Paralegal to support their Legal and Compliance functions, based in London.

The fund has produced strong returns in recent years. We are seeking a Paralegal or Legal & Compliance Analyst who’d be interested in joining an exceptional fund manager.

Key Responsibilities:
 
Legal Support:
* Support the Legal and Compliance team in various legal/compliance matters, including non-disclosure agreements and legal research;
* Assist in fund structuring and related project management;
* Collaborate with Investor Relations to screen and maintain legal records for investors, including side letter agreements;
* Assist with transaction matters and work streams. eg confidentiality agreements, closing sets, due diligence, side letters and subscription and investment agreements.
 
Documentation and Recordkeeping:
* Maintain and organize corporate and compliance-related documentation;
* Prepare and maintain minutes from Investment Committee and other standing meetings;
* Assist in report preparation for regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
 
Compliance Reporting:
* Assist in the planning/execution of compliance audits and monitor and track any corrective actions;
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance activities.
 
Collaboration and Communication:
* Collaborate across internal teams to provide legal support;
* Assist with general corporate legal work and communicate legal requirements to internal stakeholders, including contract review, KYC, and other routine matters.

The ideal candidate will have between 2-5 years experience, working as a Paralegal or Legal & Compliance Analyst within a fund manager. Paralegal’s from a leading law firm would also be of interest if you have had exposure to funds.
