Synapri are supporting a SaaS provider who are looking for a Salesforce Architect who can lead on architectural design for Salesforce CRM and CPQ implementations, ensuring best practice is maintained and in line with their overall IT landscape.


The business will work closely with this person so they can make better informed decisions when they look at their architectural roadmap.


Strong CPQ product and architecture knowledge is a must along with a Salesforce development experience (APEX etc) as parts of their platform is heavily customised.


Location: Remote, United Kingdom


Key Responsibilities:


  • Architecture Design & Strategy: Lead the architecture design for Salesforce CRM and CPQ implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with the overall IT transformation goals.
  • Solution Development: Work closely with internal and external development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, focusing on integrations between Salesforce and other business applications.
  • Design Reviews: Conduct regular design review sessions within projects to ensure Technical/ low-level design and delivery align with solution designs.
  • Architectural Policies: Contribute to and adopt architectural policies, patterns, and standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of the architecture, integrations, and processes for reference and ongoing support.
  • Data Management: Oversee data governance and management within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and proper data flow across all acquired businesses.
  • Integration & Optimisation: Provide expertise on integrating Salesforce with various legacy systems, third-party applications, and enterprise solutions to create a unified application landscape.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Establish architectural best practices, coding standards, and a governance model to ensure consistency and quality across all Salesforce-related projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units from acquired companies to identify and align on common processes and Salesforce solutions to optimise business operations.
