💼 Package: £100,000 + 20% Bonus + £8,000 Car Allowance


The Role:


As General Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of the organisation, ensuring operational success, exceptional customer service, and sustainable growth. Reporting to global headquarters, you’ll lead a talented UK-based team and act as a key strategic liaison, shaping the company’s vision for the future.


What You’ll Do as a General Manager:


  • Strategic Leadership: Drive operations and align the UK team with global goals.
  • Growth Catalyst: Identify new opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Team Empowerment: Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Financial Stewardship: Take full P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability.


Who We’re Looking For:


  • A proven leader with 10+ years of senior management experience, ideally within the Electronic Security Industry or a similar technical field.
  • Strong financial acumen, with a track record in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with automation systems is a strong advantage.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
