Fram are working with an independent and directly authorised financial planning firm with West London. Due to growth, they are seeking a paraplanner to work in a pod with an advisor and administrator. Our client is looking for someone with paraplanning experience, preferably from an IFA background. The role is hybrid and would suit a paraplanner who wants to work with a strong IFA brand, with experienced advisors who deal with all areas of advice including cashflow modelling. The salary range is dependent on experience and qualification level.

Responsibilities will include :

  • Working with advisor to collate advice for client.
  • Preparing for client meetings
  • Produce financial planning and investment suitability letter across a range of areas – including IHT & Cashflow forecasting.
  • Producing comprehensive and clear suitability letters for clients.
  • Act as point of contact to answer client questions.
  • Assist with the development of FP review.
  • Liaising with other technical staff to ensure a consistent client experience across the Group.
  • Using a wide range of software tools, research practices and processes of analysis to create financial plans.


An ideal candidate will have paraplanning experience and must be Level 4 with CII or CISI as a minimum and if interested will support candidates toward chartered status. Ideally someone would have experience with Cash Flow Modelling, investments, Pensions, IHT, but not all essential. Have experience within an IFA all though a restricted background will also be considered and experience of Intelliflo will be an advantage.
