Our client is a leading Integrated Global Creative Agency specialising in merging creativity, technology, and strategy to deliver exceptional results.


They excel in crafting engaging 2D content for social campaigns and devising innovative advertising and marketing concepts, particularly within the hospitality sector.

They are currently seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join their creative studio in London. The agency operates on a hybrid work model.


The Role

We are looking for a mid-level Motion Designer with strong art direction skills and a passion for motion and brand integration. You will collaborate closely with our Creative Director to bring the creative vision of client projects to life, with motion at the core of our processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute 2D creative animations and some 3D animations with precision and creativity.
  • Produce content for all social platforms, ensuring high engagement.
  • Contribute big ideas and push the boundaries of our motion output.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly turning concepts into polished animations.
  • Create concepts, storyboards, styleframes, and animatics.
  • Cut mood films for pitches and internal projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, developing and enhancing concepts.
  • Present ideas and motion work confidently to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest motion and design trends, championing new methods within the studio.
  • Manage multiple motion projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.


About You:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a motion studio.
  • Strong visual eye and acute attention to detail.
  • Passionate about creating top-tier motion for brand identities, social campaigns, and animation projects.
  • Versatile in both 2D motion graphics and 3D animation.
  • Experience with sound design and its integration with motion.
  • Proficient in storyboarding, styleframes, animatics, and mood film creation.
  • Excellent understanding of brand systems, tone of voice, and guidelines.
  • A team player who can adapt their creative approach to various project scales and requirements.


Key Skills & Requirements:


  • Expert in After Effects.
  • Skilled in editing with Premiere Pro.
  • Proficient with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or equivalent 3D software.
  • Strong 2D/3D compositing skills.
  • Up-to-date with current social trends in motion and design.
  • Solid understanding of storytelling fundamentals and their application to motion briefs.
  • Able to express ideas effectively through storyboards and treatments.
  • Strong knowledge of motion workflow pipeline.
