Position Overview:  

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to join our sale team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our comprehensive range of print services. You will also manage several tier 3 existing customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and contribute to the success of our organisation. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, web analysis, networking, and referrals. 
  • Conduct thorough research to understand potential customers' needs and preferences. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customised print solutions that meet customer requirements. 
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers. 
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. 
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM software and other reporting tools. 
  • Continuously strive to exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall growth of the organisation. 


Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the printing industry. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers. 
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities. 
  • Self-motivated with a passion for achieving results. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience of using CRM software
