An exciting opportunity for an experienced strategic/leadership development Director. Our client is a boutique consultancy with a Global presence who focus on evolving leaders, accelerating leadership teams, and driving culture change. Their purpose is to help leaders and organisations do well, evolve and do good in the world.


This employee-owned consultancy is looking for a UK based Client Director, and can offer flexibility, shared ownership, competitive compensation (with potential profit share), support and care, and plenty of learning opportunities.


As a Client Director you will report directly to the Managing Director EMEA. You will have a clear passion and track record of business generation, consulting, leadership development, and deep interest in developing as a human and systems dynamics practitioner.


Responsibilities:

Shape, lead, and execute existing client account strategies with your client teams. Develop future work through insight led strategic consulting and develop new business through consultative selling and supporting go to market plans for EMEA


Actively live our purpose and help organisations and leaders evolve to be a force for good.

Advocate and advertise our work in our key propositions.

Design, lead, and implement leadership and organisational development interventions.

Develop trusted partnerships within our clients and be their consultancy of choice.

Create account strategies to support growth in new and existing clients.

Write proposals and pitch for new work.

Develop client insights to support ongoing development of our propositions.

Lead the development of client led-thought leadership content.

Develop your own practice through continuous learning.



Requirements:


Significant consultancy experience in leadership and organisational development, as well as substantial corporate working experience.

Proven ability in delivering successful leadership and organisational development programmes with multinational corporations or government institutions.

A track record of success in building and leading large scale client accounts.

Existing client development capability.

Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and independent mindset.

Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytics capability to generate insights and enable data-driven commercial decision making.


Location:

This is a job based in the UK market which is usually homebased within travelling distance to London. There will also be travel requirements for client-based work across EMEA.


Please note that our client has adopted a flexible 80% hours policy with flexibility around working pattern. They currently have a London based working hub, but their consultants tend to work remotely.
