Role Overview:

Our client are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join their London team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality candidates for our clients. This will mainly be on retained work, and focusing on clients in both the UK and US.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Use a range of sourcing techniques including headhunting, networking, and job boards to identify top talent.
  • Advise clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Negotiate terms and manage client and candidate expectations to ensure successful placements.
  • Achieve individual and team-based sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, job market conditions, and relevant legislation.


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, either contingent or retained, is essential.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Target-driven, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a strong desire to succeed.
