This is a rare opportunity where the successful lawyer will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters impacting the client directly and will have the opportunity to liaise with stakeholders.


Hybrid working is on offer


Responsibilities-

  • You will oversee transactional processes, compliance with legal and regulatory matters as well as maintaining documentation for financial transactions
  • You will liaise with Counsel, Credit Risk Management as well as other internal and external stakeholders
  • You will deal with legal documents such as loan agreements and security documents.
  • Manage and mitigate risks


You will need to-

  • Be a qualified Solicitor with English or Scots law experience
  • Have specialised in Corporate or Commercial law
  • Having worked for other financial companies would be a benefit
