The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Westwood Recruitment, you'll play a key role in driving success across multiple sectors. Your focus will be on sourcing and placing top-tier talent while building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management, Hospitality, and Technology sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the client base.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure partnerships.

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Match candidates with roles that align with their skills, experience, and career goals.
  • Provide tailored career advice and manage the candidate journey from application to placement.

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from taking detailed job briefs to successful placement and onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer negotiations.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Market Insights:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide clients with expert advice.
  • Build a network of top talent in the market and maintain a pipeline for future roles.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales (industry experience in one of our sectors is advantageous).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
