Job Description: As the IT Manager at Accelario, you will be responsible for managing the IT operations that support our team and infrastructure. This role involves overseeing network and system security, managing cloud services, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting company-wide technology needs. You will work closely with our DevOps, security, and engineering teams to maintain and enhance our technology stack, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high levels of user and system support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and endpoints, to ensure high performance, reliability, and security.
  • Security & Compliance: Oversee and implement security best practices across all IT operations, managing firewalls, VPNs, and access controls to protect company data and assets.
  • IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide efficient and responsive technical support to employees, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and managing ticketing systems.
  • Cloud & SaaS Management: Administer and manage cloud and SaaS applications, ensuring availability, scalability, and data security for tools such as Office 365, G Suite, Slack, and Atlassian Suite.
  • Vendor & Asset Management: Oversee vendor relationships, hardware and software purchases, and asset management to ensure cost-effective and reliable technology solutions.
  • Policy & Documentation: Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, standards, and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
  • Disaster Recovery & Backup: Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans, ensuring that business continuity measures are in place for all critical systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with DevOps, engineering, and security teams to support seamless system integration and ensure all IT functions align with company objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years in IT management or a related role, preferably within a SaaS, tech, or data-focused environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of network administration, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security protocols.
  • IT Support Skills: Hands-on experience in providing IT support, managing ticketing systems, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
  • Security Proficiency: Knowledge of security frameworks and tools, including VPNs, firewalls, endpoint security, and compliance standards.
  • Cloud & SaaS Management: Experience managing cloud applications and SaaS tools, as well as expertise in user provisioning and data governance.
  • Vendor Management: Ability to manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for software, hardware, and services.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving IT issues.
  • Communication & Leadership: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage IT initiatives.
  • Project Management: Proven experience managing IT projects, including rollout of new tools and updates to infrastructure.
