Are you ready to lead a dynamic sales team and drive revenue growth for a purpose-driven Learning & Development organisation? Our innovative, fast-growing client, committed to revolutionizing workplace learning is seeking a Sales Director to join their expanding team. Regular meetings and event attendance are required in London and face to face client meetings will be required both in the UK and occasionally overseas.
With a focus on transforming learning experiences for managers and leaders, our client partners with blue-chip companies, mid-size firms, and large enterprises worldwide. Their innovative virtual learning platform, coupled with apprenticeships and commercial learning opportunities, has garnered awards and recognition.
The Role: As Sales Director, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and revenue generation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a talented sales team and collaborate closely with senior leadership to achieve business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the pursuit of sales opportunities and achieving ambitious targets.
- Motivating and managing the sales team to deliver results and provide accurate progress reports.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Director to develop lead generation strategies and align sales collateral with our brand.
- Working closely with our Chief Learning Officer and learning team to tailor solutions for clients.
- Providing monthly sales reports for review by the Board.
The Candidate: We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of successfully selling HR solutions to large and medium clients in a consultative manner. Key qualifications include:
- Strong network and comfort in HR functions.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in people development and HR.
- Analytical skills and hands-on approach to sales performance.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot.
- Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
