Financial Planning Assistant

We seek a Financial Planning Assistant to join one of our top accounting clients in the City.

You will provide efficient administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth running on the private client side.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and friendly organisation.

Duties include:

  • Provide admin support on all client queries.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, building relationships and dealing with requests.
  • Prepare documents.
  • Ensure Anti-Money Laundering requirements are met.
  • Process new business.
  • Prepare application forms.
  • Assist with trade and portfolio rebalancing.

Experienced required:

  • Minimum of 3 A Levels or equivalent
  • GCSE Math & English grade B or above.
  • A minimum of 2 year's experience working in an IFA company.
  • Experience dealing with private clients.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and IFA systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
