Multi-site General Manager (Build to rent) – East London

Salary: Up to £50,000

Client: Award-winning, Nationally Renowned, Build to Rent company


Cobalt have partnered with an extremely exciting client within the BTR space, who are actively seeking a Resident Manager to join their team in East London. This role would be primarily centred around overseeing our clients flagship sites in the city, managing a midsized team that would be based across the different sites.


The core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading the on-site teams, aiding in the day to day running of each property and help with the development of staff
  • Having oversite of the check in/check out processes for each development
  • Managing relationships with the residents in each property, and dealing with any escalated issues
  • Supporting the Head of London and working with them to implement and evolve processes
  • Ensure that all team members uphold the highest standards of customer service
  • Working with the regional facilities manager regarding the technical aspects of building maintenance
